2. DELIVERY

Orders are processed and shipped as efficiently as possible. Estimated delivery times typically range from 7 to 30 days, depending on product availability and destination.

3. RETURNS & EXCHANGES

Your satisfaction is important to us. Returns or exchanges are accepted under the following conditions:

  • Requests must be initiated within 7 days of delivery.
  • Items must be unused, undamaged, and returned in their original packaging with all labels intact.
  • To begin a return, please contact our customer support team for authorization and instructions.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
