A test report records how a sample performed under stated conditions. NIJ certification is a separate compliance process. Check the model, ammunition and configuration, not just the level.

Start with the threat you need protection from. IIIA soft armor is for specified handgun threats; Level III and IV plates address specific rifle test threats. No rating covers every round. Compare protection levels, then read the product-specific test report.
What is the difference between TALVOR and a concealable vest?
TALVOR is designed for external wear. SABLE and VESPER are designed for concealed wear. All three include front and rear IIIA panels. Choose the wear style and fit you need; an external appearance does not make a vest rifle-rated.
Are plates included, and are they sold as a pair?
Standalone carriers do not include armor. TALVOR, SABLE and VESPER include IIIA soft panels, but not rifle plates. Level III and IV plates are sold individually; select quantity two for front-and-back coverage.
How do I choose the right size?
Fit varies by model. Contact us with the product you want and your chest measurement before ordering. For plates, confirm dimensions, profile and carrier compatibility.
Where can I see the ballistic test reports?
Original report excerpts appear on the relevant product pages and in our testing section. They document specific samples and test conditions. Testing to a procedure and NIJ certification are different; the excerpts do not establish certification.
How much is shipping, and when will my order arrive?
U.S. standard shipping is $19.99 below $400 and free at $400 or more after discounts, before tax. Timing depends on the product and destination. See shipping information or contact us before ordering if you need delivery by a particular date.
