Original report page 3 of 8. Manufacturer: Armor Life Lab. The sample is described as a medium tactical-type helmet, weighing 1.4 kg without rails and pads, but with NVG hardware.
The stated procedure is HPW-TP-0401.01B, October 1995, Section 9.3.1, at customer request. A clay-filled NIJ-0106.01 headform is listed in the setup. This page documents 9 mm testing only; it does not establish a full IIIA threat claim or NIJ certification.
